Vision - 4-day summer workshop

Multi-day workshop with Nele Vandezande and Kurt Pattyn in Moorsele (Belgium)

Our body consists of 4 spheres: pelvic, abdominal, chest and head. Each sphere is a gateway to connect our body to the greater whole and has its specific powers.

In this summer week we will work with the forces of the head sphere. For thousands of years, ancient cultures have been talking about the seat of the soul, the crystal palace, the third eye, and so on.
Through dance and movement, ceremony and energetic exercises we make contact with the often “dormant” forces. In this way we work with themes such as intuition, clarity, consciousness, awareness and synthesis.
